Our focus
The most compelling frontier companies of this decade are physical: nuclear and grid infrastructure, autonomous systems, space logistics, precision manufacturing and biotech. Round access in these companies is relationship-gated. Our role is access and vehicle administration — putting qualified investors directly on the cap table through a dedicated vehicle for each company.

How a deal works
- Qualified list. Reach out; we verify accredited-investor status and understand your interests.
- Deal brief. When an allocation opens in your areas of interest, you receive the company brief, terms, and SPV documents.
- Subscribe. You decide, deal by deal. Participation is optional in every company and each vehicle is separate.
